Coolness!!!

Right now I am feeling decently cool for any number of reasons:

1. My blog(s) have inspired a few people as far as I know...they are friends of mine from camp -Becca and Sara - see I do know some girls!

2. I went to a New Year's Eve rockin' supersonic jam-a-thonic featuring a band that is not only from my high school, but also has my brother, and practices in my basement. Rock Rock On!

3. At the concert thingy, I ran into old camp buddy Arielle (yes, the same as the little mermaid, and no, she doesn't care). It was scaldingly cool to see her again.

4. It's the 14th New Year's Eve I've ever had, and I still don't know the words to "Auld Lang Syne"

5. This blog is finally over!

Hola mi fuego

"hello, my fire"

Yesterday, I started a new blog to put some of my poetry and such on - check it out.
Otherwise, I haven't done much but nothing and I don't really feel like making a blog post as of the current. Maybe later.

What's that I smell?

PORK CHOP SANDWICHES!!!

Hi everyone...how is all your base doing? As far as I know, mine is ok, unless someone set us up the bomb. In that case, hows you all feelings? I'm ok, and today is the beginning of Kwaanza assuming my memory has not betrayed or mutinized me.

I don't have much to write about because I have spent most of my day reading a book for that dumb thing we call school. my day has been boring and I wish someone would have a party...but not me...my parents wouldn't like the state of the house afterwards..sorry. meanwhile...nothing has happened. YAY!

Whoa...Haven't been here in a while.

I haven't posted here in 3 days, and I would like to apologize to my 0 readers.

On Christmas Eve, my brother Evan and I went Christmas shopping. It was a long and fun adventure, and to make a long story short, read Evan's blog at the aforementioned (I don't really know what that means... :P) link to learn of what happened, and note that we got to hang with one of Evan's crazy cool friends Matt. Later on that night, we went to church as is what is often traditional for this time of year. That is where we ran into John and Sydnie Pauer, ever the dynamic brother/sister duo. Later, we got home and opened presents of sorts, and I got some cool stuff, of the which including poker chips and more. For more info on that - visit the PREVIOUSLY aforementioned link to Evan's site. Other than that, stuff happened.

On Christmas, I and my familypeoples du hast nothing, but I very nearly defeated the latest (what is it...like the friggin' 6th one?!?) Tony Hawk installment, which ended up being quite the good game in my opinion. Otherwise, all we were doing was lookin' at a thing in a bag.

On the boxing-est of days, I played this other game, and we went to church for the second time in 3 days, and other misadventures didn't occur. As you may be able to tell, I am getting vague and rushed, but that is because my mom is trying to get me to bed with that I'm-really-pissed-but-being-calm-to-make-it-more-meaningful type of thing. So I'd better go.

Sure, maybe I will - looks like fun.

Lately, I've noticed how everyone around me has been engulfed in love. Right now, it seems like nobody cares about anything except girls (I'm just gonna write this from the guy's point of view, because it's too hard to make everyone happy). It's all that matters for anyone these days. I don't know how these things start, but usually, it just...does. I'm sure we've all had our crushes, but this disease is spreading so fast. Right now, I don't want to have a crush on anyone. It's too time consuming, and it never works out...unless of course, you're a quarterback, or play basketball.

I mean, if the right person came along, I would go for it, but what's the point of chasing someone down who you don't really even know, just to say you have a girlfriend. Most of the girlfriends around this age are just arm candy. Just for show, a meaningless relationship. Their boyfriends are usually the same way. All the superficial people go out with eachother, and it's just one big, endless cycle. I see two people together, and I wish that I could have someone to care about like that, but I realize that they don't even care about eachother. They just want someone "hot" to have to lean on them during basketball games. They don't talk. All they do is sit there, in so-called "utopia" because they've found their special someone, someone who won't say anything, but will make out with them without a question. What the hell happened to the loving, caring realtionship? Is that not "cool" anymore? Does the shape of someone's face, or the size of someone's chest really matter in the long run?

What pisses me off the most is what I see so often. Maybe I could call it something like...relationship whoring. I'm not gonna name any names, but one person everyone knows, broke up with someone they had been dating for a few months, and asked someone else out the very next period. I can't understand the total lack of relationship in relationships anymore. Who knows, maybe things will change soon, you can never know. By the way, I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but sometimes I just need to let it all out...I hope you understand.

Thanks for putting up with my rant,

Blake

Could it be?

Is it possible?
Is what possible?
Oh, nothing.
No, now you have to tell me
Oh, fine...It's that I might make a serious post.
That wasn't worth interrupting my pleasant, culinary game of Billiards
You mean eating doritos on a pool table in your underwear?
Erm...Yes, but no. Just...shut up.
Whatever

Today is a day of birth

Today, I have a birthday. I'm finally frickin 14 and now everyone else is turnin 15... I'm always way behind but whatever, I don't really care. Not only is it my birthday, it's Randy W's, Monica S's, Alyssa R's, Meyer's sister's, and Zach's half birthday. what a day.

We've had exams lately, and they have happened. What a pointless sentence was that.

Now I am helping a certain Brazilian study for his US history test, if nothing else because he is not from the US, and naturally would know more about Brazil than America. Plus, he offered me five bucks.

Today other things also happened. Those were pretty cool

"Ray Charles is always on PBS"

Today, we had a half day of school, and it was pretty uneventful. I walked home and 'twas cold. then I was home and studied my World History, which was incredible, in terms of mediocrity. Then, I got to go to the basketball game, in which we beat Lake Mills in Freshman, JV, and Varsity basketball, and that was a good time. Later on, I found out that no one has a cell phone (with minutes, of course) but Greta, and that was something interesting to learn. Tomorrow I have some exams so I should be sleeping or studying or something fun like that.

-Bye Bye, Miss American Pie-

Chim Richolds, Chinese food, and Mountain Dew

Today, I went to church and "nurserized" (took care of in nursery) some kids at my church; this I did with my brother. 'Twas a gay old time, as usual.

After that I came home and went to Jake's house. We watched a movie, parts from other movies, and made signs that were to be professional.

After that happening, I went to my high school's Christmas concert, much of which I spent in a piano room with Zeke, Randy, Kramer, Anna M., Mandy, and Emily talking about whatever and playing the piano that was so conveniently in that room. Also, I turned piano music pages for Stevey P, who, in case you didn't know, is the coolest person in the world. And, my "Monkle" (monk + uncle) was there in his traditional Eastern Orthodox garb, and was kind enough to teach me ghetto handshakes that he learned in Milwaukee. Wow, what a guy. And I was reminded of an old joke I had made, about living on 8 mile - so here goes. "Ya know, I live on 8 mile. Really? Yup, 8 miles from Cambridge!" ha ha ha. happy, happy days.

So now, of course, I sit here eating leftover Chinese food with Mountain Dew, attempting to put off sleep as much as possible...because we've all done that, right?

"We like Lady Types"

Today is Saturday, which means that absolutely nothing gets accomplished until at least 3 P.M. I have seen about 3 Christmas movies on various cable channels that we've never needed. Until Christmas of course.

Today, football happened. I didn't notice.

I found this cool site. It's like a history of all your favorite other sites. its worth a little browsing around. this is the link

Right now, Jake and I are working on our country of sweet sweet love. You will want to live there. Check it out, it's called Samanafield.

well I need to go get a haircut.

Happy 50th anniversary to the fully automated railroad freight yard!

Wow, today has been a pretty crazy cool day. At school we had short classes and then a Christmas party with mice, bunsen burners, and Xbox-ing. That was pretty "wicked" I must say. Later, I went to my friend Jake's house. He has a sign company. Yeah, Jake, you can pay me later. We played foosball and moved furniture. Well, that was a crazy cool time. And now I'm here at home, and I just added a record THREE PEOPLE to my messenger list tonight alone. That has to be the most ever in one night for sure... So yes...over all, this has been quite a decent day today.

Wishing that I had seen Napolean Dynamite by now -

Now we are gonna play Jeff O on tuesday. maybe we can win. We just need to excecute our main play which worked in practice before the game...Oh, well, at least we had the best jerseys - Brother Bill's Crew orange tees, high socks, mouthguard, headband. ooh yeah. I was a sexified hotness stud

Greetings to my FLAURÆ and FAUNÆ friends

I have mental block when it comes to writing these things so I'll tackle the day by period...fun, right?

Period uno
Lang Arts with a cool man - Mr. Downey who ironically is Mr. Downey Jr. so if his name was Robert, that would make him a recovering alky So we got to correct tests and everyone did bad! even to the tune of 21 wrong bad! and 21 wrong on anything is bad!

Period 2
Mr. Hahn...does..every...thing....real...slow, huh?

Period 3
Band to me is very boring to me, because of the people I sit by, to the tune of seniors, and even Jeffy O.

Period 4
Lunch. Here's where you eat food. and attempt to do nearly late Mr. Johnson Science (see below).

Period 5/6
This is where you pay for not getting Mr. Johnson Science done during lunch(see above). Also, we get do fun and educational experiments incorrectly, and learn about the "science" of low grades/self esteem

Period 7/8
Mr. Bauer teaches math. He teaches me math. Learning happens. James C. gets confused

Period 9
either Phys. Ed. or choir. In Phys. Ed. we play Pickleball. That is a game where you play life sized ping pong. there are paddles, and James C. gets confused (see above). In Choir, I get to turn pages for the coolest person ever, Stevey P. We sing songs, and James C. gets confused (see above, then get rerouted to seeing above that and wonder why you didn't just go there in the first place)

Period 10
Mr. Grasby teaches freshman religion. He gets mad at Westy, and that one Amber chick rambles. Usually it's a good time to zone out.

Period 11
Mrs. Ketterman says things in Spanish. Somehow we learn them. We pretend like we know spanish, but one time I said something like "My cousins of mine are have 10 and 8 year birthdays" although that is a very diplomatic thing to say, it is not "grammatically correct" so it was "wrong" and my "grade" was "lowered".

That is my school day, and if you read the whole thing, "I" applaud "you". So now leave my locker so that you don't miss the bus.

So long, my Marshmallow friends.

(one of) the obligatory song posts.

Some decent songs to listen to

Going away to college - Blink 182

Be my escape - Relient K

Somewhere only we know - Keane

Pain - Jimmy Eat World

Toodleydinks.

If it was Ramadan...

muslims everywhere would be fasting. What fun stuff you learn at school.

today, some people got on my nerves yet some were ultra cool. That's how everyone is I guess. Chapel was particularly unboring today as everybody's favorite pastor with a mullet was kind enough to buy presents for couples and what not. cool pastor that guy is. does you pastor say "whore" and "homo" in his services?

Do you know anybody who you can't get off your back? The feeling sucks, huh. Sometimes I just wanna lash at out those people, but I can tell that they're needy and are latching on to me for some reason. Wow, I hate being too nice to do anything about those people.

Happy today-is-just-like-every-other-day day!

Wow...what an incredible life I live. Not too much happens every day, at least nothing worth sending my Croatian friends, and it all seems pretty pointless. But hey, since this is my blog, I can ramble as much as I want, because no one will read it! Goodtimes!

Today A cool teacher of mine, Mr. Larson, announced that he would be leaving my school after this year. This of course was a major bummer, seeing that band will probably suck next year...at least I won't be the freshman!

The rest of the day brought just the endless routine and empty pleasure of going home after school. I got to talk to some people online to remind me that it's so much better to talk to people in real life. Today is also one of those days where I've got a bunch of things I need to do, but I'm barely motivated enough to keep myself from collapsing to the carpet in a heap. Maybe tomorrow something cool will happen that I can tell my currently non-existent blog friends.

War and Peace out -

The start of something new

Everybody and their brothers, mothers, garbagemen, and stalkers are starting a blog, so wouldn't it just be fun to make one for myself? Finally I can make profound satements of thought to somebody that lives 10,000 miles away in Croatia that I will probably never meet. You know...I'd like to go to Croatia. Pack your bags kids, we're gonna go to Croatia to see whales and unicorns!
